On December 3 and 4, 2007, the Motion Picture Association (MPA) and the International Federation Against Copyright Theft – Greater China (IFACT-GC) jointly hosted the "Greater China Customs Symposium" in Macau. Nearly 40 representatives including Senior Customs Officials Tsoi Lai-Hang - Director General, Simon Ng - Assistant Director General of Macau Customs, Tam Yiu-keung - Assistant Commissioner of Hong Kong Customs and Li Qunying - Director of Customs General Administration of China and entertainment industry attended.

Mike Ellis, Senior Vice President and Regional Director of the MPA, delivered the concluding speech of an event that was well received by the all participants.
