On December 5, 2007, IFACT-GC and MPAI officers had a productive meeting with Taiwan Customs officials, discussing future information sharing and blank disc piracy in South America. In attendance were Sam Ho, Executive Director and General Manager of the International Federation Against Copyright Theft – Greater China, together with Mick Buchan, Customs Liaison of the MPA International, Spencer Yang, Executive Director of the Taiwan Foundation Against Copyright Theft, Hsu Lu Chieh-ying, Deputy Director General of Taiwan Customs and Liu Ming-chu, Senior Auditor, Department of Investigation.
