On December 1, 3 and 5, 2008, IFACT-GC assisted CJ, CODA and the Agency for Cultural Affairs to conduct three anti-piracy seminars for local law enforcement officers in Hangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing. The seminars provided information on recent trends in hard goods, online piracy and the identification of fake Blu-ray discs.

The interactive seminars were well received by the over-250 attendants and contributed to enhancing the relationships upon which future operational cooperation will be based.
